Our primary services include home renovations, roofing, siding, decks, pergolas, exterior painting, install of windows and doors. We comply with all codes and safety regulations. We are a state-licensed residential general contractor, licensed and insured, with certifications for installations of many quality products, and we have many satisfied customers who have provided testimonials on our performance. In fact, we have a North Carolina Unlimited Contractors license, which is the highest classification provided by North Carolina and only provided to companies with certified financials.
No job is too big or too small, we are a full-service Home Construction and Home Renovation company, providing anything from minor repairs to full-service new construction. We can accommodate your needs!
Our customers keep coming back to us because we provide quality, superior products that are cost-effective and within their budget. We keep our customers informed during all stages of the project.
We inform our customers about the many choices of materials, manufacturers, styles, and options and allow them to pick their items within their budget but without giving up quality. See our Remodeling Guide for some suggestions. We provide a project manager who manages the project schedule to the quoted completion date and price.
After 25 years and thousands of completed projects, our customers are satisfied and relieved to find a contractor who shows up on time, respects their property, and focuses on solutions rather than high-pressure sales. We gain their trust by listening to our customer's needs and demonstrating the ability to deliver on-time and on-budget every project, no matter how big or small, and without all the stress that is commonly experienced in remodeling. We give each customer expert craftsmanship and let our customers focus on their own business.
Contact Patterson Homes and Construction and let us know how we can help you. If you fill out our contact form, we will respond within 24-48 hours to schedule your free, no-obligation consultation. While we prefer to do this at the home, if this is an investment property and you are not here, we could schedule a phone call to discuss your needs, followed by the consultant's onsite visit. The consult will discuss material options and will provide a ballpark range of investment for the project. If the ballpark estimate is within your budget, the consultant will take detailed measurements. The next step would be to come to our showroom to make selections. If you are unable to come to the showroom, we can often have you make selections from either our website or our suppliers. Upon selecting final materials, the consultant will prepare a detailed written proposal with a total fixed price for the project.
