Protect Your Space: Safeguarding your existing flooring, wall coverings, and furniture is our priority. We also contain dust within the remodel area for easier cleanup.
Pack and Store Belongings: We carefully pack your items and move them to a POD or a designated area in your home. Packing materials, including paper, bubble wrap, and boxes, are provided.*
Demolition and Disposal: Unnecessary materials are removed and properly disposed of. A dumpster will be onsite, and when needed, a portable toilet may also be provided.
Collaborate with Trade Professionals: We coordinate with licensed professionals to make any necessary plumbing, electrical, or HVAC modifications or additions.
Install New Features: Based on your project scope, we install windows, doors, flooring (carpet, tile, LVP, or hardwood), custom tiled showers, vanities, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and more.
Cleanup and Debris Removal: The job site is cleared of dumpsters, portable toilets, and any leftover debris.
Professional Cleaning: Your home is professionally cleaned to ensure a pristine finish.
Unpacking and Furnishing: We unpack and set up furnishings to restore or enhance your space. We also offer "Cottage Packages" for rental-ready homes.*
